Malta goes live, and Procedures get smarter

Malta is now supported
• Search for Maltese companies and retrieve their organization information directly in the onboarding flow.
• Maltese legal forms, statuses, industry codes and company documents are now supported out of the box.
• Maltese owners, governance, signatory and financial oversight roles are mapped automatically, so stakeholder structures show up cleanly and in the right categories.

More markets, better identifiers
• Organization ID handling is more flexible across more countries, with improved parsing for Italy, the Netherlands and others, and cleaner normalization of manual input.
• Domestic bank account support now covers Australia.
• German registered associations (e.V.) work smoothly through organization lookup, and country of residence is derived automatically for stakeholders.
• Company documents are fetched and stored along with their document type, for easier review.
• Searching bank accounts now covers every account number combination in one go.

Procedures: more power for your workflows
• Procedures can now wait for an outcome and resume automatically, for example while a provider check completes. Executions show a clear Waiting status along with timings.
• Custom screens run inside procedure executions, so reviewers and customers can be guided through a flow step by step.
• Cards are supported in the procedure builder, and rules appear as clear rule cards in the Rule node.
• Conditions on transaction fields are easier to navigate and only offer sensible choices.
• Rolling time windows now support minute-level granularity, for tighter transaction monitoring checks.
• Sync screening steps can be configured right from the dashboard.
• Previous and Next steps are visually distinct in no-code flows, and execution detail pages have a cleaner layout.

A more polished dashboard
• Application status is now visible directly in the Applications list, with refreshed status badges.
• Consistent icons, wording, confirmation buttons, and loading and empty states throughout the dashboard.
• Roles are grouped more clearly, with a new "Governance & other roles" category.
• Case menu counts stay visible even when the menu is collapsed.
