See what's actually happening across your compliance operations.

We've built Insights, a new analytics dashboard that gives you a bird's-eye view of everything happening across your compliance operations. Think cases, applications, entities, and risk scores, all visualised and filterable in one place. It's in beta, so there's more to come, but it's already useful. Find it in the left-hand navigation.

• Cases by Type: A breakdown of your cases across PEP matches, adverse media, sanctions, and application reviews split by status. Filter by assignee to see what's on each team member's plate.

• Cases Over Time: Monthly case volumes plotted on a line chart. Good for spotting spikes, confirming your team is keeping up, or just seeing the big picture.

• Applications by Status: Monthly application completions, drop-offs, approvals, and declines in a stacked bar chart. Filter by market and workflow to dig into specific segments.

• Risk Score Distribution: See how your entities are spread across the risk spectrum, color-coded from low to high. A quick gut-check on whether your book of business is trending riskier.

• Entity Growth: Track how your individual and organisation count has grown over time, split by type.

• Cases by Assignee: Case distribution across your team at a glance. Great for spotting imbalances before they become a problem.
