Focus: Signing authority for German companies, quicker document checks, and sharper entity data across the board.
Over the past two weeks we extended our ownership and signing-authority engine to Germany and shipped a handful of quality-of-life improvements to documents, applications, and search.
Expanding into Germany
• Bits now automatically works out who is authorized to sign on behalf of a German company — including sole and joint Prokura, multi-person quorum requirements, and power-of-attorney holders — the same way we've long supported Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
• Role recognition for German company officers is sharper too, so titles like Geschäftsführerin are picked up correctly regardless of grammatical gender.
Faster reviews
• Documents can now be previewed right from the list with a new View action, so your team doesn't need to download a file just to check it.
• Duplicate onboarding applications for the same company are now caught and resolved automatically, keeping your applicant list clean.
Cleaner data, sharper search
• Business activity descriptions on organization profiles can now run up to 1000 characters, leaving room for the full picture pulled from registries and KYB questionnaires.
• Risk classification for Finnish companies now covers the complete set of industry and legal-form codes.
• List views across the dashboard report accurate totals even past 10,000 records, so pagination finally matches reality for high-volume accounts.
