• Automated Case Creation: We’ve introduced a new "Create Case" action node for the Workflow Builder. You can now automatically trigger the creation of a case as part of a procedure, reducing the manual overhead for your team.

• Signatory Combinations & Governance: Managing who can sign for an organization is now easier. You can edit and view signatory combinations directly on organization profiles, alongside improved editing for Financial Oversight relations.

• Manual Entity Creation: You no longer need to rely solely on API or workflow-driven ingestion. You can now create new Individuals and Organizations directly from the Dashboard.

• Flexible Individual Profiles: To support a wider range of onboarding scenarios, you can now create individuals without Personal Numbers (PNOs) directly in the dashboard and manage address editing with greater granularity.

• Validation Improvements: We’ve added advanced procedure validation to the workflow builder, ensuring that "Action Steps" are correctly placed at the end of a chain for more reliable automation.
