Smarter procedures, sharper transaction monitoring, and two new markets

Smarter procedures, sharper transaction monitoring, and two new markets

Focus: Easier no-code workflows, richer transaction monitoring, and wider global coverage.

Two weeks of big steps for compliance teams: Procedures got a faster, more intuitive way to build conditions, transaction monitoring cases got clearer, and onboarding now reaches even more markets.

Procedures
• A brand-new way to pick data: browse fields with a drill-down field browser, build conditions in Simple or Advanced mode, and see a live preview as you go.
• Conditions now support calculations, relative time checks (like "within the last 30 days"), and a cleaner chip-based text editor, so complex logic reads like plain language.
• Rules in the Rule library share the same polished editor as Procedures, with matching previews and mode switching.
• Procedures can now run Edit Individual and Custom Screens steps, so you can collect information from applicants right inside a workflow.
• Update Transaction steps can write custom transaction properties, and updates to multi-value custom properties on entities are supported.
• Drafting feels smoother: reliable autosave, clear publish and unsaved-change guards, read-only archived procedures, and a more fluid canvas with insert-on-edge, multi-select and version comparison.
• Procedure lists and executions load faster with pagination and clearer states.
• The beta notice is gone: Procedures are now fully part of the product.
• A full audit trail shows who changed a rule, label or label group, and when.

Transaction Monitoring
• Transaction aggregates can be filtered by your own custom transaction properties, for sharper monitoring thresholds.
• Case views show exactly the rule evaluations you selected for the case, keeping investigations focused.
• Procedures can create cases from a hand-picked set of rules for precise control over what analysts see.

Onboarding and Global Coverage
• Latvia and Lithuania are now supported, with company search, legal forms, statuses, ownership and key-person mapping, and tax and VAT number validation.
• Malta and Germany coverage keeps deepening, with more roles recognized and smoother prefilled onboarding.
• Expanded organization and individual data coverage across more markets, including Brazil, Israel, South Africa, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Australia, the UAE and the US.
• Tax ID (TIN) and VAT number parsing and formatting now span dozens of countries, with duplicate detection and KYB questionnaires that validate both.
• Sync Screening is available as a workflow step for every customer, and risk-based routing can use the stored risk score for applications.

Dashboard Polish
• Consistent labels, date and money formatting, status colours and table behaviour across the dashboard.
• Multiple roles per stakeholder now display fully in list view, and signing types can be edited and removed.
• Entity edits, retries and long-label dropdowns feel snappier and more dependable throughout.
