Transaction Monitoring is built right on top, so alerts, cases and the evidence behind them live in one place.

Build workflows on a visual canvas
• Drag, drop and connect steps on a canvas that feels like drawing a flowchart. A guided start and a clear node palette help first-time users get going in minutes.
• Start from the event that matters: individual, organization or transaction events, and custom property changes. Add several triggers to one procedure when a process has more than one starting point.
• Nodes are organised by what they work with (individuals, organizations, entities, transactions, risk scores, cases and integrations), so the right step is always easy to find.
• Undo and redo, auto-layout and layouts that stay exactly where you put them keep even large procedures tidy and readable.

Decide with rules and conditions
• Branch your workflow with named paths and conditions that read the data from earlier steps, including results from other nodes.
• Write rules visually with a rule builder, group decisions, and keep reusable rules in a central Rule library.
• Use your own custom properties, on both entities and transactions, in rules and conditions.
• Look at behaviour over time: aggregate transaction volumes and counts, including card activity, and use the results directly in your logic.
• Card transaction aggregates give you ready-made building blocks for card monitoring, such as inbound and outbound card counts and totals, available as a subject right in your procedures.

• Update individual and organization data straight from a procedure, including multi-value custom properties.

Transaction Monitoring, powered by Procedures
• A dedicated transactions view with search, filters and customizable columns, including your own custom transaction properties.
• Create and edit transactions directly in the dashboard, with full bank account details visible alongside each transaction.
• Procedures can run on every new transaction and open a case automatically when your rules say so.
• The case view brings everything together: transaction details, debtor and creditor, the rules that triggered the alert and the procedure execution behind it. Analysts can edit transaction data right in the case.
