Bits supports what AMLR requires.

What changes in July 2027

Source and Destination of Funds become a baseline requirement for every customer, no longer limited to high-risk. Collected at onboarding, needed in monitoring.

When a TM alert fires, the full onboarding record must be available for the compliance review (risk classification, ownership, source of funds).

Risk classification will drive TM thresholds and ODD review intervals. TM cannot enforce either without the onboarding record.
